The best kind of succession plan!

As depicted in our last blog entry, our nations infrastructure is in a state of disrepair. We have to begin the renewal process quickly before we have catastrophic issues, leaving the next generation with a problem that is even worse. Those of us in our industry understand this. Paying for it is another issue all together. NACWA has studied this and provides our leaders with some insight on how we can solve this puzzle.
